Yoga day celebration

Celebrating the fifth annual International Yoga Day on Friday 21st June 2019 with theme Climate Action.

In coordination with Greater Reading Nepalese Community Association (GRNCA) the Reading Nepalese Yoga Group going to observe the day in two sessions -

1. In the first session: Those who are able and willing to join will make 4.4 miles health walks by Palmer’s statue, Palmers park by 07:00 am to and from Dinton Pastures Country Park, the health walkers will arrive back to the assembled point by 0930 am.

2. In the second session: Everyone welcome to join yoga session which will run for one and half hours by Krishna and yoga team at palmer’s park, behind the sports centre.

A summary papers of research findings about benefits of yoga will be made available only those who request for having a copy of this. 

Soft drinks will be served and a group photo session will be held towards end of the session.
